Our facials range from 30min to 90min depending on your skin concerns and needs. We take a natural approach to our skin care, using the rich mineral content of our Dead Sea Mineral Care Range and Anti-aging Bio active range as well as our organic Tropical North Day Spa face and body care range to help promote healing of the skin, hydration, purification and overall wellbeing and balance of the skin.
Our 30min Facial treatment consists of a skin consultation, cleanse, exfoliation, purifying mud mask, relaxing scalp massage and face/eye serum and face/eye cream. Herbal tea and a skin prescription is offered at the end of all treatments.
Our 45min Cleansing or Hydrating facial consists of all above procedures; however we personalize the facial mask to target your specific concerns and also has a relaxing face, neck and décolleté massage that works on pressure points and stimulating blood and lymphatic flow in the skin.
We use an infused oil blend of calendula, olive, coconut and grape seed to deeply nourish and soothe skin.
Our 60min Deluxe facial combines all above processes together to create a combination of both purification and hydration to the skin. Also combining an essential vitamin capsule that provides Vitamin A,E omega 3 and ginseng to help promote cell renewal and healing to the skin.
With a longer facial and scalp massage you also receive either a foot or hand massage during one of the mask processes.
Our Ultimate Spa Facial is the most indulgent combining a deluxe facial with our signature warm stone back massage and lower leg and foot massage to put you in a deep relaxation state. We also combine heated and chilled stones to our facial routine to really boost blood and lymphatic flow and very beneficial for mature/dull skin complexions.

Our body massages are customized to suit your specific needs, with your choice of either light ,firm but relaxing or deep pressure to ensure you are satisfied and completely relaxed after your massage treatment.

Massage works by physically relaxing the body's sore tight muscles and joints and helps release built up knotted areas on the body. Aromatic Warm Mud Oil Massage
This massage treatment begins with dry body brushing to lightly exfoliate dead skin cells and stimulate the skins surface in preparation of our detoxifying Australian green clay mud mix.
This creamy mud is incorporated with your personal blend of oil and is used in your therapeutic body massage treatment for either 60min or 90mins.
This treatment is not only a massage but an all over body treatment. The detoxifying mud has active ingredients of Australian green clay, Kakadu plum extract, Vitamin E and avocado oil just to name a few to help assist in toxin and fluid retention removal of the skin and body, revitalizes tired dull complexions and leaves skin soft and nourished. Once your massage has finished your therapist will allow you to shower and remove any excess oil and mud from your skin.

Our Warm Stone massage is our most popular treatment at Tropical North Day spa. This particular massage has been specifically designed to treat all areas of the body in a warm continuous flowing massage routine. It uses the warmth and natural mineral properties of the stones to help relax the muscles and allows your therapist to work deeper into tight knotted areas with ease, without the use of deep traumatic pressure.
The stones stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation quicker and more effectively than a regular body massage and therefore allows toxins to be removed out of the body and allows fresh new blood to flow through to feed and aid muscle and tissue repair.
We use a combination of warm placement stones in certain areas to balance energy meridians and use our other stones like we would our hands massaging the whole body with them. Heated & Chilled Stone Body Massage
Our heated and chilled stone body massage incorporates all the benefits that our warm stone body massage has. It increases blood and lymphatic flow which allows muscle and tissue repair, it also aids your therapist in providing a deeper more beneficial massage without the pain.
The chilled stones are used in contrast with the warm stones when massaging in large muscle areas such as the thighs, hamstrings and trap/shoulder muscles. By stimulating these larger muscle areas it promotes enhanced blood and lymph flow that pumps old toxins and blood out of the muscles and replenishes it with new fresh blood. The contrast of stones is especially beneficial for people who work out as the hot and cold temperatures help muscle soreness, muscle and tissue swelling and helps stop lactic acid building up in the muscle after working out.

This is an ancient practice that involves removing built up wax and moisture from deep within the ear canal and sinuses.
By using a tube like funnel made from 100% cotton and high grade natural beeswax the funnel works like a suction removing and breaking down moisture and built up wax within the ear. It is healthier and more effective than using cotton buds.
Your therapist will stay with you for the entire 30mins providing you with a relaxing scalp and face massage that will enhance your ear candling experience.

Shirodhara Warm Oil Scalp & Hair treatment
Shirodhara is known in the ancient Tibetan texts as loosening the tensions of the entire body at the most subtle level, the chakra system. The sensation of the continuous, rhythmic stream of warm sesame oil directed on to the middle of the forehead (third eye) induces a blissful state of serenity and expanded consciousness.
After the shirodhara oil has flowed through your therapist will then remove excess oil in your hair and give you a relaxing scalp massage to finish the treatment. You are then allowed to shower and rinse your hair of excess oil.
This treatment is fantastic in combination with a facial or massage to truly balance the mind and body.

Indian Head Neck & Shoulder Massage
Indian Head massage originated in India over 1000 years ago and began as a way to keep the hair in good condition. It is based on the ancient healing system Ayurveda. This massage works on the upper back, neck, shoulders, scalp face and ears. Traditionally these areas are massaged in firm yet gentle rhythmic movements that involve acupressure points. We have combined our heated and chilled stones into this massage to enhance blood and lymphatic circulation and heighten relaxation and calmness during the treatment.
This particular massage is performed seated in a chair and only your upper body exposed. It is deeply relaxing and helps anyone suffering from headaches, sinus problems, migraines, eye strain and insomnia. It is great to help stimulate the scalp and hair and helps remove and relax knotted tight muscles.
This massage is a 45min treatment and is very popular with pregnant women, as it is safe and comfortable for them.

Our Hair and scalp treatment is extremely relaxing and nourishing. We use our rejuvenating Australian red clay mud, which contains a combination of active ingredients of kaolin clay, jojoba protein, algae extract, vitamin E, amino acids and grape seed extract to restore hair and scalp moisture.
This 30min treatment combines our rejuvenating mud and Tropical North Day Spa oil blend with a stimulating scalp massage to leave your head feeling light and your mind and body centered and relaxed. After the massage your therapist will allow you to shower and remove excess mud and oil from your hair to leave it soft and revitalized.

Body Exfoliation
Our Body exfoliation is a 30min stimulating treatment, that combines our very own bio active scrub of native wild lime and ginger, ground wattle seed tangerine extract and crystal formed mineral sea salt and we combine this with your choice of Tropical North Day Spa oil blend.
Your therapist will start on the back of the body and exfoliate your skin and then turn you over to do all of the front including stomach area. Once this has finished you are allowed to shower off the excess oil and scrub and where at this stage your skin will feel extremely soft and silky, then lay back on to the massage bed where your therapist will massage our own Coconut vanilla and lime body butter to add extra moisture and softness to your skin.
The sea salt is extremely cleansing and purifying to the skin, tangerine, ginger and lime helps stimulate blood circulation and skin renewal and wattle seed contains natural oils and amino acids to heal and replenish the skin.
This is a fantastic preparation treatment before having a tan done, it is also great if you suffer from ingrown hairs and if your skin is very dry and rough.

This is our signature body wrap that combines our 100% natural dead sea mud from The Dead Sea. This mud has an extremely high content of over 40 different minerals a few being sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chlorides, bromides and sulphates. These minerals help numerous skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and rashes. The Dead Sea mud is extremely stimulating and helps blood and lymph circulation and toxin/fluid removal. It also revitalizes, cleanses and purifies the skin and pores and helps soothe any sensitivity and irritation.
The mud wrap goes for 60min and begins with a dry body brushing to help stimulate and sloth off any dry skin. Then your therapist will apply the warm mud onto your body back, front and stomach area. The mud will tingle slightly due to the high mineral concentration. Once the mud is all applied you are wrapped up so you are warm and it allows the mud to infuse into the skin. While you are wrapped up your therapist will give you a relaxing face and scalp massage.
Once the mud is infused you are then unwrapped and allowed to shower off excess mud off your skin. This is then followed by your therapist massaging body butter into your skin leaving it refreshed purified and hydrated.

Aromatic Hydration body wrap
This is a 45min hydration wrap which is great for anyone who has dry, rough, dull, sensitive or sun burnt skin. Or anyone just looking to feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
We use our Rejuvenating Australian red clay which contains bio active ingredients of kaolin clay to purify pores, sweet almond and coconut oil to hydrate and nourish, Vitamin E, jojoba and amino acids to strenghthen and heal the skin and smooth out texture.
Your therapist will apply the creamy hydrating mud all over your body and then wrap you up to allow the mud to infuse and hydrate the skin. While you are wrapped you are treated to a relaxing face and scalp massage.
Once products are infused you are unwrapped and allowed to shower to remove excess product. Afterwards your therapist will massage creamy coconut, vanilla and lime body butter into the skin to enhance your treatments benefits.

Our manicures and pedicures are relaxing, beneficial and indulgent, combining all the normal maintenance features that a pedi or mani has,
filing/cut /clip/ buff and polish with our own special touches.
In our 60 min Spa pedicure you are treated to a warm foot soak, eucalyptus foot and lower leg exfoliation, heel buffing followed by all maintenance procedures then a creamy cleansing foot mask is applied and infused with a warm towel to nourish dry tired feet. After the mask is removed and a relaxing lower leg and foot massage is performed. This is then followed by touch ups to the toes and polish is applied.
Our Deluxe spa pedicure involves all procedures that our spa pedicure has except our deluxe pedi has a second mask to moisturize and nourish the feet and a longer lower leg and foot massage is given to work out any extra tension.
Our Ultimate spa pedicure is the most indulgent including everything that our deluxe pedi provides but we include a 20-25 min lower leg and foot massage with warm stones to boost blood and lymph circulation that is great for fluid retention and swollen sore achy feet.
Our 45min Spa manicure has all normal maintenance procedures filing cutting shaping etc with a eucalyptus hand exfoliation and hand massage and polish at the end.
Our 60min Deluxe spa manicure has everything our spa mani provides except we use a creamy hydrating mask that is infused with a warm towel around your hands to hydrate and nourish the skin. You are also receive treated to a longer lower arm and hand massage.
We also Provide express 30minute manicures and pedicures for people short on time, they include an exfoliation, hydrating mask, hand/foot cream and a nail shape and polish.
Special occasion? We also provide french polish for an additional cost which is an extra 15min on your treatment time.
We do not provide acrylic nail services or repainting or removing of acrylic nails.
Even our waxing is relaxing with comfortable beds, soothing atmosphere and high quality wax. We price our waxing per session. So the more you have done the cheaper it is. Sessions are 15min, 30min, 45 min, 60min. Our brow waxing also comes with a soothing cool stones eye massage to desensitize and soothe redness.
Tinting
We have lash & brow tinting services to define & accentuate your eyes. Your therapist will stay with you throughout your treatment & provide a relaxing scalp or hand massage while waiting for your tint to process.
