At Tropical North Day Spa, we want you to feel confident when making a purchase.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully, as we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases, including gift vouchers and retail products.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable for change of mind. However, they are transferable and may be used towards any of our treatments, services or spa packages, subject to availability and any applicable voucher conditions.

RETAIL PRODUCTS

If a product is faulty, not as described, differs from what was purchased or does not perform as advertised, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or exchange in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
